On warm summer days sit out on the paved area or enjoy an evening barbeque. Chilly winter times light the wood burner and relax in this cozy cottage.

Sleeps four people: One twin bedded room, one double bedded room.
From the cottage doorstep are lots of countryside walks to be enjoyed. The Medieval town of Lavenham is a 10 minute drive away, with many attractions pubs and restaurants. There are also many beautiful small unspoilt villages well within easy driving reach. Nearby also is historic Bury St Edmunds with its regency theatre and inspiring Cathedral and gardens, and shops a plenty!


A little further afield is Dedham Vale and Flatford Mill (Constable Country) with meandering waterways and untouched villages. The Coast with small country towns and villages (Woodbridge, Southwold) are about 45 minutes to one hours drive too. Newmarket with its horse racing history and Cambridge are also an easy daytrip.

  		• Conservatory with table and chairs.
  		• Fully equipped galley styled kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave etc.
  		• Clean modern shower room and loo.
  		• Tiled and wooden floors with carpeted bedrooms, including linen and towels.
  		• A child’s travel cot is also available.
  		• OFCH and a wood burner (one log basket incl).
  		• No internal stairs + parking for 2/3 cars.
  		• One well behaved dog welcome (£15 per week extra).
  		• Smoking permitted in the conservatory.
  		• Own transport needed as public transport is a 10 minute drive away.
  		• Nearest mainline stations are approx 40 minutes drive - Colchester or Stowmarket.
  		• Buses from Lavenham (2-3 miles).
